Prices in USD and may vary by region. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions — cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next charge.
About your photos
Free accounts keep a saved plant for 3 days, then the record and the photograph are both deleted. That is enforced by the server, not a suggestion — a sweep removes the image and the record together, and a database expiry removes anything the sweep misses.
Subscribing lifts the deadline off everything already saved, immediately.
